Because the founders of the LifeSpirit CC, Rev. Ralph Fucetola JD and Kathy Greene Fucetola, and Revs. Dick and Nancy Weber, Trustees of the Lightwing Center firmly believe in freedom of choice, we have created a Pastoral Letter of Exemption for Vaccines.

LightWing Center Seminary, in cooperation with the LifeSpirit Church, is proud to offer this Certification Program in Raindrop technique. Upon completion of the certification process the Certified RT Practitioner will be ordained as a Minister Practitioner of the Lightwing Center of the fully recognized LifeSpirit Congregation Church, founded in 1974 in New Jersey.
